High-precision control
Fast dynamic response
Wide speed regulation range and stability
Strong overload resistance capacity
Diversified control mode
Closed-loop control system
A servo motor is composed of the motor body, encoder, driver and controller. After receiving the control signal, the driver forms an electromagnetic field through U/V/W three-phase electricity to drive the rotor to rotate. Meanwhile, the encoder feeds back the position and speed information of the motor in real time. The controller compares the feedback value with the target value, dynamically adjusts the rotation Angle of the rotor, forms a closed-loop control, and ensures the motion accuracy.
Signal response mechanism
The servo motor is based on pulse positioning. Each time it receives a pulse signal, the motor rotates the corresponding Angle to achieve displacement. It has its own pulse feedback function. It emits the corresponding number of pulses for each rotation Angle, responding to the input signal. The system achieves precise control by comparing the number of received and sent pulses, and the positioning accuracy can reach 0.001mm.
