The  CDL  fixed  platform  is  the  latest  developed  product  based  on  the  hydraulic  belt flipping  lap  plate  platform.  The  hydraulic  and  electronic  control   parts  are  easier  to operate. After the vehicle comes to  a stop, the  platform  can  be  positioned  simply  by controlling a single button. When the button is pressed, the platform is fully raised and the overlap plate automatically unfolds. After releasing the button, the platform slowly descends until the overlap plate stops on the car box board. The platform will automati- cally  adjust to the  corresponding  height  according  to  the  different  heights  of  the  car during  the  loading  and  unloading  process.  Another  important  feature  of  the  CDL platform is the curved overlapping plate, which can reduce the ground resting phenome- non during pallet handling equipment. In addition, vehicles may sometimes leave too early, in which case the CDL dual hydraulic cylinder lifting system can lock itself, ensuring the stability of the platform and preventing the vehicle or cargo from falling.
